    drainage, sewer, landscaping works with irrigation system, 
    3,650LF walking trail with 5 workout stations, ponding basin with 2
    bio retention basins, 4,600Lf chain link fence and gates. 7,525SF
    swimming pool and recreational pool structures (water slide and
    aqua play)
